The room was big near metro and shopping mall

Good area across from a shopping mall and lots of places nearby to eat 15 mins to airport.Taxi 11aed

This hotel was a total disappointment from the time Our driver dropped us off. We arrived in the evening, they showed us the room.It was dirty.They told us that the pictures that were posted on this Website were twelve years old they are completely photoshopped.The hotel smelled like cigarettes, and I had a three year old with me when I told them I was going to call expedia customer service.The representative told me that they had to contact the hotel.The people at the front desk told someone they called not to answer the phone from a whatsapp number.Which means it can sure expedia, probably calls from whatsapp.So I was able to get no resolution or solution to the situation.Thank god in the morning.When the management arrived, she was the only single person that had any kind of decency.She was helpful and understood what I was trying to explain to her.Please don't stay at this hotel.You will be so disappointed.It's nothing like what it says on expedia

Front desk staff was pleasant and check in was swift. Concierge was excellent. The bed was too soft.

My stay at Somewhere Apartment was suitable if you’re in the Dubai area for shopping or a long stay. While the staff provided good service, the property itself is not well managed. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone seeking a quiet and relaxing vacation.

The Receptionist was not welcoming, not friendly with me, with poor customer service

3 day business trip. Convenient location to subway, mall, local shops. Good staff. Microwave in room didn't work. Good wifi. Comfortable bed, pillows. Restaurant in hotel was good. There are cheaper options in the area within walking distance. Would stay here again.
