Suggestion for thr aircon, its hot when you are inside the cube

Clean, functional

This is more like a hostel than a hotel. There’s limited floor space in the room (we had to keep our checked luggage outside the room) while we were in the room. The bathrooms were clean and all individual units which was more than expected. There’s also no elevator in the “hotel”. Although the staff was willing to help bring luggage up the stairs as needed. There was a water fill station in reception which was great and the “hotel” is right in the heart of Chinatown so the location is great! Overall was had a good stay - just a bit more cramped than expected.

Staff are friendly. Was really helpful when I needed help. Perfect stay for a quick solo travel. A lot of restaurants and shops around. The only problem I encounter was it’s very loud. You can clearly hear people talking from the room beside your room. When they close the door too it’s very loud. So if you’re a light sleeper you’ll have a problem with staying here. But all in all it was a great stay.

Quiet hours only start at midnight, but many guests do not follow this rule. It was very loud in the rooms until 3am, would not recommend for light sleepers or come prepared with ear plugs. The rooms are not sound proof as advertised, and they do get very hot as the AC only exists outside of the cubicle.

there were no proper doors on the cube. i felt unsafe. it was like a homeless shelter.

Staff were friendly. The cube and the toilets were clean. My only issue was that I made a mistake booking the room. I accidentally booked for two beds instead of one. This was six months in advance. The hotel wouldn’t change my booking, so I paid nearly double. No response from an email Explaining the mistake. Travelocity couldn’t get them to change it either.

Very good location to stay. In the heart of China Town, near to the train/metro station. Staff it's very outstanding. Highly recommend it! Lots of places to eat authentic food.
