Rude and unhelpful locked me out of my room at 9am and the building so my last hour was waiting for them to unlock it and no time for shower had to leave

Property was easy to find, though didn't realize that checking in was at a different location (I didn't read the information fully) Easy undercover parking. Clean, well appointed room with amenities. Shops and service station close by.

I'm going to keep this short and sweet. There were cockroaches in my bed. They were babys too which is a sign that they are breeding and there is an infestation. I personally find that to be a crazy health and safety issue but apparently this is not grounds for a refund. I am disappointed by both the hotel and Expedia.

The room was not clean and the bathroom smelled terrible. Very noisy area of town

Having to check in at another hotel was inconvenient and not obvious when booking. The stairs needing scrubbing. The cleaner entered the room as he knocked and didn't give me time to say do/don't come in. It would have been good if other pillow options were available as the ones provided were very puffy and high and I couldn't use them, but the motel had no other options.

Property is not easily accessible for disabled people - doors are narrow and have high entrance ways. No reception at the property, it is managed by another motel over 10 minutes walk away. Dirty markings on the mirror. Towel rail had signs of rusting. Toilet paper is cheap office supply.

Super tidy and spacious, and very modern. The best motel I have ever stayed at.

Tv work and even though someone came to look at it they did nothing and said bad luck. Hand wash no body wash.
