Gym was nice, room was large. cleanliness can be improved.

Room was super comfortable and clean. We would stay again!

The property is ran by Placemakr. It’s an old building with poorly installed upgrades. Old windows don’t allow proper seals, can hear everything, loud downtown. Floors were not clean, debris and hair all over. House keeping does not come on daily basis so I guess you can spend your vacation washing your towels. (Found towels just thrown in the elevator) I had to hook up my own internet in my room. I won’t be staying here again, for the price I expected more.

This was our first experience of a Hilton hotel managed by PlaceMaker! So impressed that we booked another Hilton PlaceMaker hotel in Austin when we traveled there next. The property was great, with a fun and funky appearance. The room was small, but enough for our needs. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Parking at the property was very expensive and so the staff recommended somewhere around the corner, which was more cost-effective and worked out great for us. Location was pretty much walkable to just about everything we wanted to do. Our only issue was the verification process that they required. As international travelers, our esim does not allow text messages or telephone calls. The verification program automated message kept reminding us that we needed to fill in the form & to call them if we were having trouble, which of could not. We did find this to be very very stressful as we thought we might lose our accommodation. We just think the powers that be should be aware that not all travelers will have access to a phone and text messaging.

The front desk was hard to get ahold of several times. The TV only work if I used my own applications. 24/7 sound of outside air conditioning unit that sounded like it was inside our room.

Clean room...great location to the Riverwalk

The room was very clean. And the location was perfect. It was right downtown in the middle of everything.

Toby and Dale at the front desk were absolutely attentive, polite and super helpful to me and my family staying at the penthouse suite. The maintenance gentleman absolutely made it a priority to address the issue of the ac acting up a bit but it was corrected fast. Toby and Daley outperformed themselves with accommodating my families staying there. Valet was a challenge but the GM at Maverick (Ms Bianca) made sure it was taken care of and even treated us to dinner for the inconvenience. She addressed me professionally and made our stay there that much better. Elevator worked smooth and the room was extremely clean and the rooftop patio was breathtaking at night. Highly recommend and I will be staying here again I guarantee it! Everything is very close to walk to and visit. Thanks Maverick for the memories

EVERYONE! THIS PLACE HAS A SPEAKEASY COMEDY CLUB IN THE BASEMENT. IT'S SO FRIGGIN' COOL! And the rooms are so nicely-rennovated. Very clean. Awesome staff. Lemonade in the lobby. And free drinks at the bar across the street. Absolutely loved it!

Everything was amazing. Clean and quite and close to everything. Will book again
