Seriously, one of the best! Easy from airport. Clean and quiet. Nice outdoor courtyard and fantastic gym with views of mountains

It was a comfortable stay.

Restaurant and bar under staffed

The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located near Malpensa Airport. However, the service was VERY disappointing. It was impossible to reach the front desk by phone. We called several times from our room because we needed to arrange the airport shuttle, but no one ever answered. For an airport hotel, this is unacceptable. Guests should be able to contact reception, especially when they need transportation to the airport. In addition, during dinner, a waitress accidentally dropped a dirty fork on me, leaving a stain on my dress. She NEVER apologized. When I paid the bill, I explained the situation and asked not to be charged the service fee. The cashier agreed, but the bill remained unchanged, and the service charge was still included. Unfortunately, these experiences overshadowed an otherwise nice hotel. I hope the management improves the level of customer service.

Great food and clean room

Check in staff very helpful and pleasant, room great space and modern, great Aircond for the blistering temp outside. Pool was great. Breakfast lots of choice and replenished frequently. The only niggle was my wife arrived after me on a late flight, arriving at the hotel around midnight, was picked up with the hotel shuttle (at a cost), that part was fab, however we went to the bar to grab a drink, one of the bartenders was finishing making a cocktail for another guest, however when I went to order a drink, I was told the bar was closed??? Not ideal and we only wanted a couple of beers. The issue was at check out when I asked what time the bar actually closed, was told it didn’t!! That made it feel worse. Would stay again however and just bring my own drink 🙈

That was the worst day we have ever had first of all they did not answer for request for the shuttle from the airport so we ended up paying for a taxi which was a mile and a half away and made no excuse for it. The other horrible thing is when we finally did get a room. They gave us a key to somebody else’s room and we walked in and all their stuff was in there. That was very unsafe. And thirdly, it was a swimming pool like a doughboy pool on top of the roof and it was the hotel was rated eight point something and I that’s why I booked it. It was very reasonable but now I know why.
