It is a BnB not a hotel. Have to contact agent on what’s app to get code and let yourself in, washing machine was in the middle of kitchen not connected. kitchen was not the cleanest. 6 dinning room chairs, 5 where broken. Bathroom seat broken lots of mould. Door locked behind us and needed code to get back in but got locked out for 20 minutes. We booked the room for the use of the pool but the pool was closed. Very disappointing.

I like the quality of the apartment Wifi was a bit weak

マンションの1室。レストランや24時間空いてるコンビニ等もそばにあり便利。遅くまで人が多い様子。 部屋はキレイで水回りも問題なし。窓からの景色は表の通りとかなり差がある。 フロントがなくセルフチェックインで少し不安だったが、鍵の受け取りに少し手間取ったが事前にメール連携された手順書見ながらやれば問題ななかった。

Ok but wifi too slow n tv lagging

When I first arrived, I was in the dark on where to go and what to do to get the key since it was my first time staying at Sutera Avenue homestays. However, having whatsapp and a Malaysian simcard helped me to contact the owner easily. The owner is very nice and helpful too. 1. The place is very clean with all the cleaning tools ready especially loving having a washing machine. 2. There are basic toiletries, thanks for that. 3. There is big swimming pool which is on the 11th floor. 4. The lifts are in serious need of a revamp, I had to wait around 8 to 15 minutes for the list to come. As it was a hot corridor (corridors need help in better cleanliness too), aircond not available, I sweated a lot, making it quite uncomfortable, especially as I was on my way to a shopping mall. 5. There is free parking, cool! 6. It is just I need to use a car to go shopping to the malls surrounding KK area. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a big thank you to the owner. I just hope the lifts get fixed asap for other travellers.
