Property is far from attractiions, need to take Grab in/out. Furnishings are outdated and not clean. Stains are found on chairs and sofa. Washroom basin and toilet also have brown stains. Iron board had burnt marks. No hand soap, only one bottle soap and shampoo. Amenities are limited.
Only positive note is customer service was responsive to my asks for the big problems.
BTW, they don’t seem to check Expedia messages, you need to contact them via Whatsapp.

Good for the space and if you drive, as it is not walking distance to the city centre. Nice pool and kids playground. Nice view. Close to the performance at center.
Cleanliness not so good, dirty couch, dusty surfaces, stains on dining table, hairs on linens and towels..

Carpark signages & direction markings on the floor must be repainted to make it clearer.
Providing coffee & tea would be nice.
Batteries for the many remotes in the room should be checked and replaced if need
