Oda servisi zayıf asans

Çok temiz oda çalışanlar güler yüzlü

17:00 gibi rezervasyon yaptım, otele 17:30 gibi gittim ama oda hazır değildi. 19:30’a kadar beklemem söylendi. 19:45 gibi gittiğimde birazdan hazır dediler ve 20:00 gibi odaya girdim. Oda genel olarak temizdi. Kadıköy’ün en kalabalık yerlerinden birinde olması sebebiyle gürültü gece boyu sürdü. Boğa heykeli tarafından kesintisiz korna sesi geldi. Gece yarısına kadar da sokaktaki esnaftan gürültü geldi. Rahat bir gece değildi.

Erstmal zum Positiven: Sehr gute Lage. Personal nett. Man kommt von hier aus überall hin, vorallem mit dem Schiff. Ich habe keine Autos gehört, jedoch die Nachbarräume hört man alle. Warmwasser war sofort vorhanden. Heizung geht, Klima nicht getestet, aber es ist vorhanden. Zum Negativen: Es war im Bad und auf dem Bett überall umrum Haare gewesen. Das Personal wurde drauf hingewiesen, sie haben sich das aufgeschrieben. Es ist jemand im Zimmer erschienen und hat alles aufgeräumt, hat die Handtücher erneuert und Bett zurechtgefaltet. Aber weder wurde das Bad sauber gemacht (haare waren an der gleichen Stelle) noch wurde die Bettwäsche ausgetauscht (die Flecken an der Bettdecke waren dieselben). Haare im Bett waren auch nicht weg. Wir wurden also was das angeht im Grunde komplett reingelegt. Habe zusätzlich auch nicht das Zimmer bekommen was ich wollte. Mir wurde angeboten, das Zimmer zu ändern aber dafür sollten wir Mittags um 15 Uhr im Hotel sein. Ich hatte ehrlich keine Lust mitten in meiner Istanbultour zurückzukehren ins Hotel damit das Zimmer geändert wird, das wusste der Besitzer auch. Ich persönlich werde hier nicht noch einmal kommen. Wenn euch meine Kriterien wenig ausmachen, könnt ihr ja herkommen. Die 3 Sterne lediglich nur wegen der Lage. Ansontrn wäre das Hotel sogar 2 Sterne Wert

Misleading listing – not family‑friendly: I would not recommend this property, especially for families. The hotel listing states that breakfast is offered, but in reality there is no breakfast, no restaurant, and no food facilities at all. Traveling with small children, this was a serious issue and clear misrepresentation. The property is also advertised as family‑friendly, which is not accurate: Poor stroller access; we had to carry the stroller up stairs before reaching a very small elevator. The elevator can barely fit one adult with a stroller, forcing others to use stairs or wait repeatedly. A senior family member with knee issues found this very difficult. Almost no sound insulation; noise from neighboring rooms disrupted sleep every night. One of our rooms had a persistent ant problem. It was cleaned once, but the ants returned within hours, and follow‑up requests were ignored. Heating was another major issue. The heater only worked from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and during the day it was completely off, leaving the rooms cold. There is an AC unit, but no remote controller is provided, so guests cannot control the temperature at all. Staff did not assist with luggage or a stroller, and repeated requests for an iron were never fulfilled. Due to these issues, we had no choice but to check out early. The experience did not match the listing, and the property is not suitable for families.

Great location. Bed, shower, & AC, all you can really ask for.

Nice staff but that was pretty much it. Our first room had a big stain or dried pee in the bathroom. Towel holder and sink faucet were totally of the sink and wall. They did change our room after we told them about the issues.

Honestly what we experienced in the first day was not acceptable, all of that day passed by switching hotels! even I booked the room it seems they gave our room to another people, so when we got there they told us we have a power issue! And should go to their other branch! In other hotel they gave us a a tiny room without elevator access even though they saw my mom couldn’t walk too much! I told them my mom can’t go up and down by those steps! So they gave us our room eventually! We got really disappointed!

Nice hotel located in the middle of an alleyway. There's a market in the same street that starts around 10am and attracts lots of locals and tourists alike. The hotel room, bathroom, common areas and lift were very clean.
