Rooms are nice and spacious, bathroom spacious. Silverware and plates and mugs/glasses provided. Fridge and microwave, coffee maker all clean, everything was very clean. Iron and board provided in room. Very comfortable stay, pool area is small but very nice with a bar and bar food.

Good, not great. Pool was very dirty with leaves and other debris floating each time we visited. We had to switch rooms on night 1 of our stay and received an automated text message with incorrect information as the only direction to our new room. Hotel has 2 towers and we were on our own to figure it out. Didn't get settled in until past midnight and we were on our own to figure out where we were supposed to be going. TV in the room kept going in and out, but we didn't even bother calling about it. Staff was FRIENDLY and definitely well meaning but we got the impression there wasn't a whole lot they could do to HELP if issues came up. Hotel was an excellent value, GREAT location close to everything and the rooms itself were great. We never received new towels or linens during our stay, not sure if we were supposed to request turn down service or what. Communication really lacking, I don't think we were ever provided with the hotel WiFi either but that wasn't really a necessity for our needs. Would consider staying again as it definitely has plusses and minuses, but a few things on this trip definitely left me unsatisfied.

Staff was very accommodating. Room was very spacious, beautiful view very clean room and it was nice to have a full kitchen. I would definitely come back and stay again.

I stayed there for about a week, and I have no complaints the front desk people were very nice, my room was clean and very nice and comfy, and if I shall go back to Disney that's where I will be again

Cleanroom with plenty of provided amenities, big pool, located near restaurants & stores, and has a nice view of city. Would stay again.
