Great place to stay if you don’t need a lobby bar or a restaurant for a late meal. Only problem was the self handled and a bit strange check-in process. Requiring my passport number, despite I was traveling from a country where a passport is not required for Finland.

The bed and bedding were both very uncomfortable. The "queen-size" bed was actually two box springs with a thin mattress atop. They kept shifting and separating which led to a very, very poor sleeping experience. Provided that I was staying two night for business with my partner, this tarnished the rest of the stay. As such, I cannot in good faith recommend staying at Noli.
Please note that I was staying on the 15th floor, in a more expensive room. I cannot imagine the bed(s) in less expensive rooms.
