So many and all mind of shops

Waseem and the staff are incredibly hospitable. Recommend this hotel

Good experience overall. No iron, no food heating option in room etc was a bit off putting but nothing major that was out of order etc. Good experience all in all. Staff always helpful; reception quite responsive; discount on early check in all added up to a good experience overall. Not the best of locations but does the job.

They didnot make upgrade or that but the hotel is nice

Good breakfast Good housekeeping and recession was good, I even forgot my credit card they called me.

Amazing

I had an amazing service experience with Waseem, the night staff member; he is excellent and has become one of my friend from Saudi Arabia. Insha'Allah, he will be the first person I plan to visit next time.

Good stay if you need accommodation for doing Umrah, can take Makkah bus to haram for SAR 4 per person. You have to walk so be prepared. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This hotel stay was a total positive experience. The staff are very helpful people and the hospitality is amazing. The breakfast was better than 5 start hotels. Totally surprised considering the small amount I paid. I will definitely recommend this hotel to other guests. Note that it’s 6km from Haram but is much better and cleaner than the hotel I stayed at last year.
