Hospitable people

It was a perfect fit for us as we visited family in the area. Lots of shopping nearby on high street. Many great places to grab a pint. Highly recommended.

Becareful as rooms are not cleaned here only replacement of towels and you have to tell front desk every morning.

The air conditioning was not working on the last night of my stay on 16 April 2026. I was perspiring and almost couldn’t sleep the whole night.

The manager a male was excellent in customer service.

Quiet, clean, but minimal amenities in room, though tea, coffee and milk available. No tissues, shampoo or conditioner. No iron or suitcase stand. Large selection of TV channels was available. Breakfast, parking cost extra. Reception not staffed full-time. Fine for one-night stays.

Good Price and secure, Bed comfortable.

The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room
