The staff was amazing. I fell and broke my foot across the street from the hotel. When I hobbled back to the hotel the staff was very concerned and helpful. Assisted in calling me down, stabilizing my foot, calling emergency services and arranging a taxi for me to the hospital. The staff was amazing and I would definitely stay there again.

Location is convenient. Staff were friendly. Room is perfectly sufficient for a short stay. I didn’t find the smart controls for a room refresh were usable—seems like this needs to be directly requested at the front desk. Overall no major complaints though and would consider again for a future short stay.

Really nice staff. Hotel located in a really good area with underground stations nearby.

Location

The hotel is in a great area to explore. We were there for 2 nights which was perfect for that size hotel. The rooms are small for two people to move around which I realize is the design.

Staff was helpful and friendly but room was tiny (even by large city standards) and worn. Self check in was encouraged but did not work (I arrived at a busy time and no one was able to work the self check). The room used technology for lights and air rather than switches which meant in order to adjust room temperature during the night you have to light up the complex touch screen. Which screws up circadian rhythms. Not recommended.
