很好獨自入住
The staff were amazing from the moment I arrived. They were always so friendly and helpful, and they remember details about conversations they have with everyone.
My room was lovely, spacious, calm and clean. I was on the 8th floor overlooking the sea which was incredible, the only problem was it was extremely loud in the evenings. There were events in the bar above each night which were so loud, even through my earplugs. Although it was quite annoying for an hour or so it didn't ruin my trip at all and I hope I'll be able to return to this hotel again one day.
The breakfast was varied and delicious, I tried so many new things that I would never usually have for breakfast. The food throughout my stay was perfect and the cocktails were amazing too, especially at happy hour!
I also had a 90 minute treatment at the spa which was lovely, I highly recommend.
Overall I loved my stay and I didn't ever want to leave!

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable room serviced every day. Good restaurants with a varied menu. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful quiet beach owned by the hotel. Quiet location way from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Bali. Only 15 minutes in the taxi from the airport.

The staff are phenomenal- they go above and beyond to help their guests and are genuinely caring. Rooms are spacious and clean and very modern. Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Great views and pool. Very friendly, helpful staff, especially Dita. Room was fairly clean. Street noise was acceptable, but stay in higher rooms. Spa was okay.
