Appreciate that the room is so clean. Everything is so well thought through. From being able to charge my mobile right by the bedside to the availablity of the filtered water for drinking. Enjoyed the TWG teas. Well done Conrad. A lovely stay. Thank you.

A great location near the principal shopping area of Singapore and less than a 10-minute walk to the nearest rail rapid transit station. The hotel is in great shape with excellent amenities and a quiet, serene atmosphere.

If you’re facing the back of the property, dogs bark at 715am. I raised this through their customer service app when they asked for feedback but no one replied. Lol. Location is not good unless you’re taking a car.
