Wow close to every major attraction. Rode london eye, toured weatminster abbey, churchill war tunnels, saw big ben, st james park, clanging of guard, rode in black cab. Staff helpful. Short 12.dollar taxi to Victoria coach station to get go cruise port. Free breakfast good. Also saw queen Victoria memorial. Saw all this in 2 days pre british isles cruise. Great pub downstairs.

I need my money back

Spacious room, toiletries, bath robe, tea and coffee in the room with some biscuits. Minutes walking to main attractions, we even walked to SoHo, but that one was a longer walk. A very good bar next door. Not for a night life goers, pretty calm at night time. Love the hotel, would stay again and recommend.

This is a really nice hotel! The location is walkable to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and other great sights. The room we had was lovely. Having the Pub downstairs was so convenient and the food was very good. Breakfast in the Pub was great, well worth adding to your stay.

Exceptional staff, good size room, very nicely appointed, close to the major tourist sites and restaurants. I would definitely go back

First class service from the manager and wonderful niceties. Plus great air conditioner during heatwave. Perfect location and we will return.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and attractive. Mini fridge, coffee/tea, and snacks came in handy. Breakfast was fabulous! Wish I stayed long enough to try everything on the menu. All staff members were pleasant and helpful. The Westminster location was fantastic. We were able to walk to many attractions and the tube was next door for farther trips.
