The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the staff were polite, welcoming, and highly informative throughout our stay. The cafeteria offered an excellent variety of food choices, all of which were enjoyable. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, and the view from the room was absolutely phenomenal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Such a dreamy resort set in the forest-the most perfect setting which makes you feel like you are in paradise. The room was spacious with break-taking views, the staff were pleasant and food was top rated. The room was clean but not quite to western standards-some small touches would address this. The hotel offers a number of activities throughout the day-this is a great touch.

Very nice, modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were excellent, courteous, and made the stay feel welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The only area for improvement was noise, as there was a low humming sound from the bathroom ceiling and corridor noise could carry into the room at times. With a bit more attention to soundproofing, the guest experience would be even better.

Great stay, staff were so attentive and kind. Loved our time at the Valle, will definitely comeback!

This is an excellent hotel high on a hillside outside the town of Munnar with great views. It is surrounded by tea gardens and the hotel offers a guided walk through tea gardens and villages. Food was superb. Room was very clean and had all the amenities
