Everything is good and clean

I’ve been visiting Istanbul annually since 2024, and for the past two years, I’ve consistently stayed at the Meridan Taskim hotel. The staff there has been incredibly accommodating and has always gone above and beyond to fulfill my requests. Whenever I visit Istanbul, this hotel is my first choice, and I’ve shared their information with my family and friends back in the United States.

Staff were amazing

That was not close enough to Taksim (Defiantly more that 10 mins walk). I did not like the neighbor of hotel.

Great staff and good hotel! Beds can feel a little small for two people it’s more like a double bed. Also if you are looking to get to Taksim by walking just remember you will be walking up a very very steep hill and it’s a long walk. Besides that the hotel is very nice has nice restaurants close by and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast is good they give you a lot of variety and it’s not buffet style they come and bring it out to your table.

The biggest problem at breakfast was the lack of coffee. 80% of people coming to breakfast wanted coffee, but the very cheap and small machine could not cope. It would have also been nice to have some variety offered at breakfast, rather than 100% the same each day..

I had a great experience with this hotel. The staff were very kind and professional, and the service was excellent. I booked a room for my parents, and at first they had a small concern and wanted to change their room. The team handled it very quickly and did their best to make sure my parents were satisfied. They were truly respectful and helpful. I really recommend this hotel, especially for anyone who needs to visit the VFS center.
