Rooms very clean and kept. Laundry facilities great. Breakfast good choices. Only one comment on breakfast was there was no decaf coffee. Otherwise nice hotel in great location.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location and views were fantastic, and the fabulous breakfast was the perfect finishing touch.

The staff were very helpful (Greta and her colleagues) and no questions seemed too much of a bother. The breakfast selection was good, the room (apartment) was clean and had washing up liquid, dishwasher, fridge, plates, cutlery etc. available. Location is good in a quieter area but public transpot (metro) is nearby. Would be happy to return.

Room was perfect for three adults. The view was amazing. Breakfast great. Shawna at the front desk was super friendly and helpful with information about Nyhavn and Tivoli.

Room was good size, nice view and a kitchenette. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Best we have ever had. Location was great, if you are leaving on a cruise at Oceankaj.
