[Entire home] Two photographers recreated a 110-year-old thatched old folk house in a small village in Miyama, Kyoto. It is an official inn with a business license in accordance with the inn business law. The roof is covered with tiles, but if you go up to the attic you can still see the fine thatched roof. Without changing the prototype of the old folk house, the interior was refurbished to fit the modern lifestyle with air conditioner, wood burning stove, and wooden bath with Japanese garden view.
