Hot water was not enough it was warm water after I showered my husband did not got hot water beautiful location but leaving room needed new furniture

The place was ok. The receptionist was unkind. We arrived late and there was only one receptionist. It took almost 30 min to get the keys to the apartment. Apartment facilities were ok but the table was very shaky, light came in (it's summer time with 24 hours light) and the combined washing machine and dryer had a malfunction which stopped during drying. Very nice view to the sea.

Clean but the Sofa bed sheets were dirty from previous guest. Staff fixed that immediately. The other staff was unfortunately not very customer focused. One told us in the check-in process that breakfast is available for a price when I pay right now for the next day. If I want to pay on the same day for breakfast they wanted to charge x% more. Never seen this in other places in Iceland or other countries before. Check-out - Spanish staff was talking to “Javier” on the phone while we talked to them and did not respond to anything we were telling/asking the staff. Very disrespectful.

This has been the most amazing stay for us in Iceland. Such a cute cozy cabin with incredible views. I highly recommend to stay here especially if this is your first visit to Iceland. I mean, we were in awe with the views, and the whole place was pretty clean. We arrived later than check in time but the accommodation made sure we didn’t have any problems getting in. Very comfy! Even better than some of the five star hotels.

Lovely cottage, well appointed, private, pretty and comfortable. Beautiful location and scenery.

We had a quick overnight stay that was quite comfortable with a beautiful view over the harbor. The cabin has a separate bedroom - the bathroom isn’t overly cramped which is a nice plus. They provided shampoo. Check in was easy - just a few doors away at the main hotel & restaurant.

Had nice time staying at this place.
