We stayed at Ramada for 2 nights on a family trip to the Golden Temple. I would say the hotel is OK, far from the golden temple, newer construction. Rooms were fine however faced couple of issues, got one of the rooms flooded with water when it rained, toilets - pretty bad smell. I would though appreciate the staff was prompt and helped us switch the room twice - which wasn’t the comfortable part. Breakfast was fine, variety of options.
In a nutshell, for the price paid it could have been better experience.

The experience of our stay was excellent. We have stayed here previously on two occasions and the service remains outstanding.
I can recommend this hotel highly, the food and presentation was exquisite.
Special thanks to Kuldeep, Jasmeen, Amarjit , Chandra and Rajendra. Apologies if I missed anyone out. Shout out to all the housekeeping staff, amazing.
Love the guys on the doors, friendly smiles and respection each time. Going to miss you all, thank you for your hospitality . See you next year.

Booking system is so confusing. Came to know at check-in that breakfast is not included. Shuttle if 5 time costly than Uber ride.

很好 Sign says no outside food allowed, then they charge 20% extra for room fees LOL. Charged at extra 1500 for an extra person even though we paid for it though Expedia. Took 20 mins for a cold coffee, other then that it was decent.
