Communication with host was quick and professional. Property was clean and homey with a stunning view.

The location was amazing!

I chose this apartment because it was advertised as a 2-bedroom apartment with a beautiful bay view, and I was willing to pay a premium price for what I expected would be a special experience. Unfortunately, the property did not match the description. The apartment has only one enclosed bedroom. The second bed is placed in the living room directly in front of the kitchen, leaving no actual second bedroom or functional living room. Had the listing clearly described the layout as a one-bedroom apartment with an additional bed in the living room, I would have chosen a different property. The bay view was nice, but it did not make up for the disappointment with the apartment layout. There was also a persistent noise coming from the air conditioning throughout the night, and although I understand the elevator issue was outside the owner's control, it added to the overall inconvenience. I contacted both the property manager and Expedia immediately after check-in to try to reach a fair resolution. While Expedia eventually offered partial compensation after escalation, I was disappointed that the listing accuracy issue was never directly addressed. My recommendation to future guests is to carefully verify the actual layout before booking, especially if you expect a true two-bedroom apartment. Accuracy in the listing would have avoided this entire situation.

The property and the location is amazing. The only thing that we had a issue with was the size of the bed. It was smaller than a queen size bed

Everything was good and we really enjoyed our stay.

No remote For the tv. They did send me one but spent a lot of tine trying to program it Also had an uninvited guest in the kitchen, a cockroach. 🙄Overall it was ok, but needs attention The staff did go out if their way to resolve the remote issue, I give them 5 stars

Will stay here again. Great communication, nice view very centric for Tampa St Pete and Madeira beach. Very clean homie and great vibe

Great location. Pool area, bar and staff were all great.

Loved the decor!

Was a nice stay. Enjoyed the pool and the view. Could’ve used more necessities such as cups, and towels.
