Really helpful staff. Clean, fast check in. Super friendly. They helped us to find our way in the city. Especially a gentleman called Manuel in reception

The room was perfect for the stay, it was very comfortable and it had all I needed for my stay. All of the amenities were great, it was all very clean and the communication with the main office was very straight forward.

Good

New hotel ,very convenient 😃

It was amazing! The room was perfect, perfect size and very clean. The customer service as well. Very professional and warm people working there. I would very much like to stay there again!

Everything was very good except for the pool which was very smsll and had green algae in it.

Great location. Ample parking. Lots of amenities: outdoor and indoor pools, gym, and spa (steam room, sauna, cold tub, hydro therapy pool).

Lovely modern clean apartment. Walking distance from everything. Will use again.

Everything was outstanding - the staff, the apartment, amenities and location. It made our stay in Granada worry-free and pleasant. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best!
