Location is great, right across from the beach in DaNang. Room was clean and very comfortable. Fast wifi and near many restaurants and coffee shops/bars. We thoroughly enjoyed the complementary tea service, it was fantastic! The breakfast buffet provided many diverse options.....great way to start the day. The pool area was also a nice add with fantastic view.
The Guest Relations Manager Chu Van Anh went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She assisted with medication that needed to be refrigerated, provided great local recommendations and assisted with our airport transportation. She represents the Rosamia brand well. All of the staff were kind and helpful. Fully recommend Rosamia for your DaNang stay.

Hotel location was excellent right opp to My Khe beach. However most of the staff didn't know english, except for Anh who was very helpful.
The room was smelly, very old and dated. The construction next door was very noisy. Rooms were not sound proofed, we can hear noise from hallway.
The bath room was getting flooded every time we used the showers due to poor design. They even got us to pay for damaged shower head which was not our fault, so they retracted after we explained. Definitely this is not a 5 star hotel as advertised. It's only normal 3 star.

The breakfast menu was decent but not international. The A/C worked great and the staff was very friendly. The pool water was freezing because it is completely covered. Some may like being out of the sun but the water doesnt have a chance to heat up at all. The location is the best and you cant beat it.

極佳 Breakfast was amazing. However, the food that are in the room aside from fruit basket will be charge if consume. Those are nit complimentary. There are no sign to state it will be charge.
