Wonderful experience, everything within walking distance . Wonderful staff

La chambre était très propre et confortable. Bruxelles est une magnifique ville et les belges sont vraiment d’une grande gentillesse.

Great location and super helpful staff (ie storing bags, flexible check in, etc). The lobby was under construction so there were a few limitations but it was a fantastic stay and good value. Highly recommend!

Hotel is clean and efficient. Air conditioning very cold. Got a quiet room away from the busy street. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Currently 1st under construction so there is no restaurant.

We loved the business suite.

I had a really positive stay overall. I arrived at around 9:30am after what felt like 16 hours without sleep, and although check-in wasn't until 3pm, Sebastian at reception kindly checked whether my room was ready. Luckily it was, and he let me check in early so I could get some much-needed rest. That small act of kindness made such a difference and was a fantastic start to my stay. The hotel itself smells amazing—I genuinely want to know what air freshener or fragrance they use! The staff were welcoming, accommodating, and always happy to help. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Grand Place, with plenty nearby and easy access to the surrounding area. I stayed in Room 409, which came with a balcony—a lovely unexpected bonus. The room also had a mini fridge, and complimentary bottled water was replenished daily. Housekeeping serviced the room every day, providing fresh towels, and the room temperature was perfect throughout my stay. The only downside to the room was the bathroom layout, which felt quite awkward. In terms of cleanliness,The shower glass door and shower head were dirty on arrival, and I ended up wiping the shower head down myself with baby wipes before using it. The walls were stained and could do with a fresh coat of paint, and the carpet also looked like it could use a refresh. The hotel doesn't have an on-site restaurant for breakfast, but the staff were happy to recommend nearby places to eat.

The OPO Hotel was beautifully remodeled. The triple room was perfect for our family. The location was near dozens of restaurants but was set off enough from the street for a quiet evening of rest. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room and really nice decor and scents everywhere in the hotel. Only thing to improve on is pillows need to be upgraded. They were square and felt hard, not luxurious at all.

Very clean and spacious room. 3 people stayed and the had beds made for 3 with towels and chocolates. Great location between grand palace and St. Catherine’s.

Perfectly located hotel but in the midst of a construction project and looks a bit run down from the outside. Room was large and nice. Staff very helpful.
