This a wonderful property with amazing staff, clean rooms and very quiet. It was a great place to unwind from the busyness of the city. An easy walk to the bus and simple to navigate to sightseeing locations. Highly recommend this property.

The staff was especially attentive to our every need. Our room was large and very clean. The private Onsen was wonderful after a busy day of walking and cycling. The meals were excellent. It’s a mile from the downtown area so we felt we needed to have our dinners at the hotel. Otherwise it would be too dark walking back after dinner. Many restaurants aren’t open very late anyway. The photo of Mt. Fuji was from our window.

Booked very last minute and was surprised to find such gem. In a quiet location, but super close to everything. The room was spacious and bright… I would say it was the best room on our entire trip as a family of 4 people. Super clean hotel. The staff is extremely attentive and pleasant to deal with. And a cherry on top - private onsen (also very clean) that can be booked for 30 min for free. We were traveling in March and the front deck of the hotel was not open yet, but I could see what a pleasant place it would be to spend time on a good warm day. Overall - very nice place and I recommend.

We absolutely loved our time at Almeria Hotel, we wished we stayed longer! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, their vegan breakfast was delicious and the private onsen was amazing!

This property had a very accommodating staff . Friendly and helpful. The building is amazing and very cottage core.

Awesome place and comfortable bed, nice breakfast staff for really humble

Wonderfully clean and beautifully maintained hotel near the lake in a quiet, secluded spot. The staff is lovely and happy to help with anything you might need. We ate at the hotel one night and went out another night. The menu at the hotel is limited and mainly designed around sets (multi-course meals) but the food was good. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away from noise, traffic, and busy cities. You’d definitely need a car to visit, but it’s a nice experience and the onsen is a big plus.

The property looks new and clean. Service was excellent. We were offered private bath for the nights we stayed. No laundry within the facility but there are nearby laundry facilities if you need clothes washed. Would recommend a car if staying in this hotel to explore the Mt. Fuji area.
