They are not worth paying this amount of money. Breakfast sucked

The stay was okay the premises needs more maintenance. It needs hammocks, new seat cushions on the pool chairs. The breakfast was okay too needs more options. The rooms were great

El servicio de restaurante, no fue bueno; el tiempo de espera de los platos superó dos horas (la causa a pesar de tener conocimiento del número de huéspedes sólo cuentan con un chef). Variedad en el desayuno buffet. Sugiero colocar en las habitaciones un caballete para la maleta, plancha dentro del closet e insecticida para los mosquitos.

Preciosas vistas y en general buen servicio sin embargo no funcionan o estan en muy mal estado aspectos claves como cancha de fulbito, gimnasio, juegos de mesa, acabados en habitaciones, etc.

Restaurante malísimo, desayuno pobre, me parece que mezclan mucho las tarifas porque los otros huéspedes definitivamente llegaron con una promoción de mucho menor precio. Faltan actividades para los niños o parejas.

This was an incredible stay while we visited Huacachina Oasis which was only 30 minutes away. The room was clean and spacious with a huge shower. We had a walk out patio that overlooked one of the swimming pools which was beautiful. The service was beyond exceptional! What ever we needed was delivered immediately and with a smile. The breakfast buffet and dinners were absolutely delicious. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully kept. And bonus, loved visiting the llamas. We only stayed here 2 nights, but I wish we could have stayed much longer. I highly recommend this property when visiting Ica.

Very expensive, disorganised, crowded, staff need more help. Poor breakfast and admin. This is a 3 star hotel at best

Slow service, desorganice, limited information regarding dinning,?very expensive for facilities or service.this is a three star hotel at best.

It was a great get away with my family. Nevertheless I think there’s much more they can do for the guests. The restaurant options are very limited, no food after certain hours and lack of information of the activities. I was following where the rest of the guests were moving to find out what was the next activity. We went to spend new year’s eve and the party was very disorganized, we didn’t know that we have to bring our own drinks and food, nothing to eat or dip. 40 min before midnight I had to go and jump to the boxes of the ornaments for my family, as there was nobody giving them to the tables… In overall to get away from ok. But I believe there is a loy more the manager can do to inprove the quality
