The studio was an excellent place, we would love to return someday. The room is spacious, clean and within walking distance to the natural pool. In fact, the front desk gives out free tickets daily for guests to enter the natural pool.

This place was incredible! Room was amazing - so spacious and comfy. Loved the bath robes! We used all 3 of the hotel’s spas with roof top hot tubs, swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained, which made a great first impression. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a really pleasant experience. A big highlight was having access to all three hotels’ facilities — such a great added benefit and really enhanced the overall stay. On the downside, the breakfast hall staff could have been a bit more warm and engaging. Additionally, there are only two massage therapists across the three hotels, and unfortunately during our stay one was off sick and the other on holiday. This meant we weren’t able to book a massage, which was quite disappointing — especially as there wasn’t much else to do when the weather wasn’t great. Overall, a lovely stay with great facilities, just a few areas that could be improved to elevate the experience further.

Perfect location and the staff was very kind and kept the room looking great every day. Paola was especially helpful with her overall welcoming presence as well as providing us with amazing recommendations for restaurants and viewpoints to enhance our enjoyment of the island.

We stayed in the studios which were compact but so comfortable, clean and well equipped with a sea view balcony too. We enjoyed the rooftop relaxing space and the spa and the hotel. It was a bonus to get passes to the pools, beach towels and dressing gowns. The included breakfast was fresh, varied and plentiful. There was nothing to fault about this place. It was our favourite out of 3 we stayed in during our holiday to Madeira.

Check in was spectacular, room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good Don't go to the Mediterranean Japanese restaurant for food (i didn't have the burger which was recommended by the front desk) but we ordered 5 things and they were gross and I'm not that picky. We liked the hotel so much we tried to book the next night but they were full. Happy trails

The reception was extremely professional and made us feel at home right away during check in. Lots of little attentions that go a long way in my opinion. Would definitely go back, for longer next time! Also breakfast buffet was excellent.

Very comfortable room and close to lava pools! Very helpful staff.
