Love the hotel and the location our room tv wasn't working and they switch us to new room with no problems at all would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Ok

This hotel needs upgrades. Elevator doesn’t work.

Easy accessibility to Patong beach road and decent restaurants around. The hotel restaurant is very good for Indian taste. Rooms are average. One of our room had an issue but the manager arranged a different room for us. Our booking through Expedia however was not very satisfactory. We booked and paid for Standard rooms but were allotted budget economy rooms (no windows smelly rooms). Owner acknowledged to get it checked with his tech team. We mostly had food at the same restaurant. Complimentary breakfast option would have further enhanced our experience as the restaurant does not open for breakfast until 11 am and Grab food service is quite bad in the area, so we mostly survived on snack bites for breakfast than wait for a Grab order for more than an hour. Overall a satisfactory experience as we stayed there for 4 nights.

Staff is really nicw, easy access to city and walk to patong beach. Wil definitely recommend & stay here next time.

Everything in walking distance and the staff was very nice
