THE MADRAS GRAND

Rooms are nice and spacious. Staff are kind, courteous and helpful. WiFi setup is annoying and doesn’t work. Key cards sometimes don’t work and have to be replaced.

Excellent service and helpful

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed.

I had a pleasant stay at The Madras Grand. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, which made the experience smooth and comfortable. The property is clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was decent—nothing exceptional, but satisfactory. Overall, it’s an affordable option that offers good value for money. I would consider staying here again.

Nice welcome drink. Very clean room. Staff were extremely cordial and helpful. They were extremely flexible in arranging a cab for us up to Tambaram station. It was always 'service-with-a-smile' at the reception and we greatly appreciate it. The restaurant served tasty food. We loved their chicken biryani and prawn 65. All foods were a bit too pricy though.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and approachable. The breakfast was reasonably good.

Good sized room. Good service. Breakfast was average, could be better.

Apartment was fanastic for the 6 of us. It was very clean, spacious with a lounge and kitxehn area. All bedrooms were ensuite.

Staff were courteous Rooms clean. Some furniture a little battered
