Sauberes Zimmer und gepflegter Sanitärbereich mit einer Waschmaschine, fußläufig zum Busbahnhof. Allerdings bekamen wir das Duschwasser nicht warm. Der Vermieter reagierte nicht auf Nachfragen per Mail und WhatsApp weder im Vorfeld der Reise noch während des Aufenthaltes. Es roch nach Gas, wir waren deswegen besorgt. Und wir mussten kalt duschen.

Lovely staff and a quaint little place, but at the time of booking I didn’t realise it was one shared toilet down very narrow stairs, which isn’t great in the middle of the night. Of course this isn’t the fault of the hotel, just be aware of this when booking.

Foi uma ótima estadia, um guest room com conforto de lar, cheirinho de curry delicioso por conta do restaurante, e ótima localização, praticamente do lado da estação de Toyako Eki

3泊しましたが、ホステルとレストランが両立して、利便性とコスパが最高でした。 宿から洞爺湖の花火までも近く、3回見ることできました。 また、可愛女性が親切に説明や対応してくれて感謝ですね。

Staff and accommodations very nice. Free laundry. Only confusion was check in and line up for food in same door. Stayed in food line for short bit and then asked for check in. Even though very busy a staff showed us everything.

Very convenient and strategy location . Credit to washer and dryer . However the kitchen curry smell was way to strong that even room inside somehow is affected . Ventilation shall be improved .

Sauna was a nice bonus

Overall good, is a small hostel where you need to share bathroom and toilet with other guest

A really clean hostel that provided a clean set of towels and toothbrush set. There’s a curtain for each bed so I had privacy. Even if it’s full house, there was ample space for luggage. There’s a comfy lounge area with water dispenser for me to chill. Don’t forget to try the curry rice. It was exceptionally good and slightly different from the regular Japanese curry. Toya lake was just across the street and the famous Waseimo store was right in front of The Toya. Two combi stores nearby if you like to get snacks.
