I had a fantastic stay 😌From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond, and I was thrilled to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The new room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast spread was another major highlight—a huge variety of delicious, fresh options with great coffee. Highly recommended 😃

Overall the room and pool were good however when I booked the room I selected two bedroom with pool access . The photos showed pool infront of our room but when I checked in they didn’t give me pool access I did advise I called them and asked and they said if the Picture shows pool than it will be pool access Disappointed

Clean nice peaceful resort great for relaxation

We booked a room In error due to time difference. We were only go to layover in Fiji for 5 hours and wanted a place to rest and shower . We realized when we landed that there was not enough time to leave the airport and make it back so we stayed at the airport. Tried to get a credit but hotel was not willing to. Will stay elsewhere when we go in November for a seminar.

The staff was professional and extremely courteous. The grounds were beautiful. There were maintenance issues in my room that needed taken care of. The breakfast buffet was amazing. However, the food when you order at the pool or the bar was not great. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Staff was excellent very polite and accomodating

My Girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience here at the Crowne Plaza in Fiji. The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to. The view from the room was amazing. The resort had plenty of great things to offer whether it would be the pool, spa and water activities. A variety of food to try from. Unfortunately there is no Netflix or prime streaming services available but when you are here you don’t really think about it. Overall, I would come back here again just to see the amazing staff. This is a place to definitely consider.

Wonderful hotel!! The location was perfect for the airport and the restaurants were good. Lots of activities and right on the beach!! Enjoyed our stay so much! Our room was Great for our family!

Would definitely stay here again, staff are friendly, facilities are modern, clean and well maintained. Food is typical resort pricing but there's a shop a short walk from the hotel and taxis to town and the airport were around $20fjd each way so pretty cheap.

The one bedroom suite facing the sea was amazing, wonderful sunset views and all pools accessible. The resort has so many activities for families and kids, keeping the young engaged. Relax at the pool, grab a bit or sip on a drink. Being close to Nadi Bay means shops and other restaurants are accessible by walk. Really enjoyed the stay here.
