The staff members were great. Room and Coffee/Lounge area was fantastic! Location was ideal and convenient for our stay. I would stay here again

Great breakfast and location for getting around the city

Good location. Only stayed for one night.

Wonderful hotel. Room was perfect, clean and tidy. Shower was powerful. Excellent location. I highly recommend

Lovely room, good location to all attractions, staff very kind

The location is excellent right next to the metro and next to elektrownia powisle shopping centre! The ladies on reception are excellent and will do anything to help you they let me store my luggage before check in and after check out so I didn’t have to walk around with my luggage. The bed is the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in and the room is so quiet it’s a really peaceful stay, would definitely recommend!

Quality hotel, lovely clean room with excellent bed and shower. A little out of the way from the old town but close to the Chopin Museum. Lots of places nearby to eat. Professional staff.

Paid for a river view room. No river view.
