This hotel is nice and clean with excellent customer service specially Arda & Majed, they are so helpful, the breakfast is amazing, everyday different meals but truly amazing, the only issue with hotel is the Wifi, it is terrible and horrible, I had 5 nights in the hotel without the ability to use the internet, other than that this hotel is so good in a nice area, I recommend if they will fix the WiFi issue

All of the staff members are very nice and helpful rooms are clean and service everyday breakfast food delicious and clean restaurant air conditioning in every room they got me taxi back to airport very cheap and luxury My mistake for not calling the hotel for taxi when arrived at airport which it scammed me more than double money for the journey be careful from this taxi meter they can take you all around the city just to add more km on clock

The over all experience was good the rooms were clean heating was perfect we had hot and cold water all the time.we had breakfast included its the fact obviously you are going to turkey so you will have turkish style break fast but was good for us. We have 2 bed suit with big living room almost 8 mints walk to bus bus stop. The staff was helpfull also worth it for 7 night for the amount we paid
