Staff dealing with customers seems rude without manner

Terrible stay experience including manner of staff. Air conditioning was not working and even cannot breath due to high temperature, but staff is saying why you did not tell me when checking in, its too bad. Even he did not say sorry and just making a joke like bad luck today. There was no tower and tissue. The staff also said i dont have one. Its too bad. So I purchased myself. Terrible

What’s advertised vs what is given is severely off, on our booking it is listed as 2 beds a Queen and King, they fail to mention that it is actually just a Queen and then sofa bed. This I decided to chalk up to language barrier, but then my pillow had black marks on it and the sheet had a stain right in the middle…. Then they only gave us one towel for the two of us and when I went to ask for more the man working asked me how many towels I had, as if I was trying to run off with them or something—if a guest is asking for something it’s because they don’t have it…. Also don’t get me started on the condition of the bathroom sink but alas One good thing is that there’s a great grocery store next door so we drowned our sorrows with Magnum Ice Creams hahahaha I really wanted to like this place, but honestly pay the extra couple hundred somewhere else and actually enjoy your stay :( Buyer Beware!

Stayed at Stay Here CIL for 3 weeks and LOVED it! The apt was beautifully designed with vibrant colors that make you smile and give energy. I had THE BEST patio!!! The staff was amazing! Ismael gave me a great check-in experience, Soufiane (the bldg technician), Imad (cleaning), Redouane (security),

Lift did not work. Staff charged MAD 40 as City Tax. But according to Expedia, City Tax was MAD 6 only. This is cheating. Poor environment. Regret so much to have booked.

Would definitely rebook.

Stay away, they charge top dollar for small, dirty apartments. Don't trust the pictures because the condition of the apartments is not the same as when they first started. I don't recommend them, you can find better options.
