A very simple hotel, very simple rooms. Close to King's Cross, but in an area notbtoo safe - the garden in front is not safe.

Hot hot miserable

well proportioned and designed room, i had a single, it was in the basement, but didn't feel too enclosed. bed was comfy, shower hot and good pressure, didn't have breakfast so can't comment on food.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious, I loved the simple but modern fresh look. Plenty of shops and eating places within 5minutes walking distance.

The rooms are small but have been recently refurbished and are clean, modern and comfortable. The location is excellent for visiting London. For the price it is great value.

Compared to many in this location, the rooms were comfortable, clean and modern. Didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment.

I just needed a cheap clean safe place to stay for one night in London. This place was perfect Tiny room but had en suite, a kettle, and wifi. Polite efficient staff on reception. Would recommend

Great location, clean and warm room and a very comfy bed. Exactly what I needed, would stay again.

Small room, no soundproofing through door to corridor. Small electric heater that wasn’t sufficient for room. Was very cold.

Staff véry friendly and helpful
