The staff were very nice. The location of this hotel is a great spot for observing Mt. Fuji (both in rooms and the front of the hotel). The rooms are outdated. Without an elevator, this hotel is more suitable for Yong travelers with light luggage. The lounge in the lobby is good, but it's only open for a fixed period during the day.

The staff went above and beyond in every way. I'm very glad we chose to stay there and will look to book with them again whenever we return

Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Pretty run down looking, but clean. Water temperature in the private bathroom was very temperamental, all hot or all cold.

This is a beutiful property with great views of Mt Fuji, but most importantly is you get a friendly family like feeling from the staff. Super helpfull, courteous and friendly making you feel so welcome.

Excellent views of Mt. Fuji. For certain I would go back again
