Breakfast was a boring selection of the same items repeated daily.
Towels do not look fresh and clean. No floor mat/towel in the toilet and therefore had to improvise with one of the towels.
Laundry service was ineffective and hotel staff could not offer any alternatives.
Staff could not speak or understand English well except for the manager.

Location was spot on as literally 5 minutes walk to Darbar Sahib and shop/restaurants all within walking distance.
Very good choice of breakfast.
Only down side was no room with a view to either of the 2 rooms which had been booked in March 2026.

The service was good. However at breakfast it seemed chaotic. Not enough tables for so many guests. You must have a queuing system. People just rushing and grabbing tables like animals

Check-in could have been better, we wasted around 2 hours, as it was peak season and there was only 1 lady staff at the Reception.
The hotel is at a very good location for proximity to the Golden temple.
The room was okay. Cleanliness was basic. Linen was weathered.
Basically its a old hotel repackaged with some ITC goodness.

Clean and hygienic washroom with good flow of hot water from shower head. Family suite with one and half washroom was perfect for 4 adults. Beddings were neat and clean. Perfect location, steps away from Golden Temple. Secured premises with onsite parking. Overall stay was pleasant.
