I didn’t have breakfast, but the room service was great. From the moment I arrived from the airport, the staff was remarkably pleasant and welcoming. I didn’t use the bar or the 24/7 coffee shop, but everything looked very nice. Excellent location with beautiful scenery!

Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. The rooms are a little compact but the bathroom is a really nice size.
The only disappointment was the spa area, it is extremely small and the steam/sauna wasn’t switched on when we arrived at 21:15 after a full day exploring Dubai.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, with incredible views, and I completely fell in love with the bathroom 🖤. For my birthday they decorated the room so beautifully and even surprised me with a delicious cake, it made me feel truly special.
The service was impeccable. A special mention to Shakil, who kept our room spotless and made sure we were pampered, and to Daniela at reception for her kindness and warm welcome. Honestly, every member of staff we met was genuinely friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience unforgettable.
I usually don’t stay in the same hotel twice when I travel because I like to try new places, but this is one I will definitely return to without hesitation. It felt like a dream from start to finish ✨🌴
