Fantastic Staff

The Breakfast was great. The staff there and in other areas were great. However, housekeeping needs to up their game. Beds were not made up and request to change sheet were not honored.

The rooms were kept clean daily, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, got both local and international breakfast and very tasty, the food area was neat and clean. My stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. The only challenge I had was the music from a private event on the Friday night that kept me from sleeping, only because I had an early morning flight.

Overall excellent experiences. Professional staff, clean room and amazing dining experience.

I didnt like that the walls were so thin, I could hear loud music playing from the room next to me which was defeated the purpose of a relaxing night.

Can’t complain about this hotel . Great staff

Walkable Good location

I enjoyed everything except the fact that the AC couldn’t have been manually turned off and was pre-set between 22-24. That’s very cold for that small room.

Parking facilities need to be better organized, but otherwise a very good hotel, clean, good staff 👌..

Room was clean but the property was not well lit there were only lamps in the room. No microwave but it did have a refrigerator and water was provided. Staff was helpful and very friendly, room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast had a good selection of local and international cuisine hats off to the chef for the most perfect croissant. On site there is not much parking but an empty parking lot is next door but you do have to walk back from another compound. Wifi was not the best it did cut on and off consistently and was not working well for the duration of the trip. Access was granted to the resort and all amenities which was a big plus and the pool on site was heated and open late as well which was perfect. Overall would stay again
