We arrived at 9:55pm due to plane being delayed and reception apparently closed at 10pm. While telling us they could not find our booking, one of the person working there told us to contact hotels.com and ask for refund. We had to insist to finally get someone looking for our booking after 1 hour. On the checkout, same attitude, very impersonal and no care at all. Took 15min to be able to check out while we were the only one.

It was the worst place. The only hotel I went to that demanded that we pay a large cash deposit rather than take a credit card imprint on arrival (we had already fully paid for the accommodation when we booked the room months earlier).The concierge lied to us about opening hours and available staffing (we had to check out early to catch a flight, they said they were open, there was no one at the desk, we had to wait 20mins before they checked us out), they booked us a "taxi" where the taxi driver scammed us. The handle and lock on our toilet door was broken so we couldn't even close the toilet door when we were using it. The entrance to our building was held shut with a rubber rope, so we had to go around and use the back entrance. It was a total nightmare of a place and I would not recommend it at all.

Pool, beach and sea views from the room. Very clean rooms with an excelent di ung facility. Resort style living at a very resonable price. Close to the airport. Very friendly staff

여기 있는 주소로는 그랩기사들이 잘 모르고 아레나 안에 같이 있기 때문에 아레나로 말하고 가는게 좋네요. 저는 0.5박으로 한 5시간 머물다 갔는데 오래 머무는건 비추입니다. 방은 많은데 비어있는 곳도 많고 그만큼 관리 안되는 곳도 많아요. 수영장은 가운데 크게 있네요~ 좋은 리조트 쪽 다니다가 와서 그런지 만족은 못했습니다. 가격은 싸서 잠깐 머물기엔 추천이요!
