The property was ideally located for our trip. Hotel was spotless and modern, however our room was very small but not an issue as we were only there for two nights. We didn’t eat at the hotel but breakfast looked very nice.

clean nice good area

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. Also the breakfast was excellent and had a good healthy variety.

Excellent hotel, helpful and friendly staff, neat and clean accommodation and very nice and rich breakfast.

Excellent place to stay while in Lisbon. Very well kept and designed hotel. They provide only breakfast, and it was awesome. Very grand friendly staff.

Great room, great staff and great location. This is the second time we've stayed here and it will be our choice if we return to Lisbon. Higly recoimmended.

Staff was very friendly when I checked in and out and always greeted me when I was leaving the hotel for the day. Great price and just a 10 minute walk from the main streets in Lisbon.

Air conditioning worked well, place was sound proof which was unexpected for Europe!

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The room was much smaller than we anticipated given the price we paid. We also experienced significant noise from neighboring rooms late at night on several occasions, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The only solution offered by the staff were earplugs… Additionally, some of the fresh towels provided to us had visible stains on them, which was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness standards. While the staff was generally pleasant, these issues negatively impacted our overall experience, and we expected better value for the cost.
