部屋は写真の通りで満足。スタッフも親切。ジムがあるということで選んだのだが、使用できないとのことで、星２つにしました。それ以外は満足です。

The hotel itself and the staff was wonderful! Anna and Merry were incredible! They provided excellent service. The outside of the hotel and the area was not the best . The location is not close to most attractions The hotel promise breakfast and it was not provided. Your staff and the hotel been super clean was amazing. Thank you!

At the check-in, hotel specified that your reservation is only for 2 hours stay. Even though they did agree that checkout was showing the next day. They have specified that you simply have 2 hours of stay between check-in and checkout time.

No breakfast , nearby not much choices of food and receiptionist do not speak english

Dont be fooled by the 2 hour rate, i thought i was booking for the night and it was a good rate considering my plane landed in hanoi at 1130pm and didnt check in till midnight. Far from the airport, so the taxi fare is quite high. Only to find out when i checked in i only booked for 2 hours. By this time it was 1230am and had to pay in total 550, 000 dong to sleep and check out by noon. Only hotel i have ever seen on expedia that lets you book for 2 hours. Terrible location, went fir a walk in the morning and nothing but busy traffic and smog, nothing interesting in tbe area

As good as any hotel in it’s category. Small and very cosy place.

OMG!!! There is someone selling dog meat at the roadside in front of the hotel, the smell was unbreathable!!!
