Very smooth check-in (including availability for early check-in), excellent communication with host and superb location, close to all the amenities. Our apartment on the ground floor was a bit dark and with a sofa bed opened for the third guest, hard to navigate around. Otherwise no major complaints.

Apartments was very well located, it was clean, air-conditioning worked great and plenty of space. Overall a very nice place.

Clean apartment in a good location, with lots of nice restaurants and wine bars. Air con kept the apartment really cool. More comfortable seating on roof terrace would be great..

The apartment access was not given until 3pm -check-in time. I arrived by plane and had to turn off my antivirus at the airport to receive the codes, even though the anti virus warned me multiple times about known threats. I got a horrible computer virus as a result. It should be mandatory to give access info many hours prior to check-in. The apartment was clean and modern. The kitchen was stocked enough to cook. There is no information manual, making it a waste of time to send inquiries for basic info such as item location, trash, and how to operate a few things. These inquiries were answered in 20-60 minutes. I would not stay at properties owned by this company again.

For some reason we were allocated a disabled access room when we are an able bodied couple. This was probably the noisiest room in the building as its on the ground floor to the main street which has number of bars. It also meant many things were of heights not suited to us. This did spoil our experience somewhat. Aside from that the apartment was modern, reasonably comfortable and very clean but lacking some useful basics such as glasses, towel rail and any shelving in the bathroom. Location is good overall - less than 10 mins walk to the station and around 15 mins from the centre. Its also surrounded by plenty of eateries, bars and small shops but it does mean its a little noisy.

Super conveniently located, very spacious and bright. A great deal, especially for longer stays.

We did receive clear instruction of how to do the check in until we had to call a number that was not from the country we were staying in. On the phone the person who answer the phone didn't seem to understand or communicate well in English. This was our worse checking experience we had until now. In the apartment the walls are supper thin and you can definitely hear the neighbours, specially in the living room where there is a thin emergency door that leads inside the living room to the next door apartment. This was a horrible experience when the neighbour apartment was loud. The sofa bad has a horrible foam that we can feel the metal frame as you seat on it. The main bedroom matress was to soft for me and let to a massive back pain. The hot water was off when we got the apartment and we did notice until we decided to have a shower before going to bed and we noticed that there was no hot water and we had to have a cold shower or wait 1 hour for hot water to heat up. Definitely not a great experience.

The apartment was very clean and apart from rattling interior doors, was quiet. While it has a closet, there is no rod or hangers or shelves, so it's essentially unusable. The location in Rusafa is close to everything.

The room was immaculate. I would have felt more comfortable knowing check in codes a bit earlier but easy to communicate in the app. No trouble with neighbours despite walls being thin. Very safe neighbourhood travelling alone as a older lady I felt very comfortable
