Amazing stay that exceeded my expectations! Thank you Valentina. Fantastic location, very clean and rooms cleaned daily, helpful to have a kitchen available, fantastic communication, very comfortable rooms with everything you need! I will be back☺️

It feels like Valentina has thought of everything to make this a perfect place to stay in Lucca. Valentina’s communication, kindness and knowledge of the area were amazing. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the communal kitchen includes a water dispenser offering still and sparkling, free coffee and snacks as well as an incredible view over the amphitheater of Lucca. Just a few steps out of the front door is Cafe Santa Zita where we had the best coffee we had in Lucca and Sunflower bar which is a great aperitivo spot. The location is right in the centre and perfect for walking anywhere. We had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay here and it was an absolute pleasure to meet Valentina. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

This is a great place! It’s so well located that it is a 12 on a scale from 1 to 10. Right in the center of Lucca, with places to eat all around, including a breakfast bar right downstairs. Valentina is both friendly and helpful, and can assist with any questions you have. Our room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. We overlooked the main street, which was not noisy at night, and the other side of the residence overlooks the main square of the city. Highly recommended!!

Great location inside the walls of old Lucca. Gelato, coffee and restaurants along with shops all right there! Be prepared to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs. Would stay there again.

Our stay was amazing!! The hotel is right on the Piazza with an amazing view. The host Valentina is very warm and friendly and has a lot of great tips for touring Lucca. The street that the hotel is on has numerous cafés restaurants, and stores. The bus from the train station takes you within feet of the property, so that is always a plus, plus. We loved this beautiful town: the history, and the people were all wonderful.

Valentina was an excellent host! She was helpful in helping me reach the property, getting settled in, which places to visit locally such as stores, restaurants and tourists sites. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met. The room, the location and amenities were perfect. I could not have found a better place to stay in Lucca! Thank you Valentina. I hope to visit again.

The host Valentina really makes this property worth staying at. She is easily the most attentive host I've ever had in Lucca. Very friendly, great recommendations, and keeps the property spotless. There is also a kitchen on the property. It's not fancy, but there is a fridge, some snacks, coffee and tea. The kitchen itself has a great view of the ampitheatre and is worth checking out. The actual location is fairly central to most things as well. The location can get a little noisy, but as the night goes on it tends to quiet down. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again. It's very fairly priced and a great location. The only thing is, if you're here and need to get work done, the Deluxe room I stayed in didn't have chairs or a desk. The kitchen works well as a substitute. WARNING: If you have bad knees, need a wheelchair, or are bringing a lot of luggage and aren't particularly strong, you do have to bring your bags up 3 stories of narrow stairs. There is no elevator. Valentina can help you, but if you're not great with stairs, you'll be going up and down everytime you want to return to your room.
