This message is for the Hotel staff.. While checking in I asked the charge for my dog to be on a different card. It took 15 min and even a manager helped . I am now getting notified by my employer I need a receiptt for this when I was assured it went on my personal card . . This is a bad look for me with my employer. This error should never have happened. I am not happy about it.

We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly, rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was great! Awesome location!

Great stay, the only issue was a noisey bathroom fan that stayed on all night.

We stayed here three nights as a hub for our northern California vacation. They are dog friendly, which was very helpful. The rooms were clean. The staff was very nice. There’s free breakfast in the morning. Their outside patio at night was very quiet and relaxing. Would stay here again.

I really enjoy a lighted mirror in the bathroom. A fan in the bathroom is a must and I like that the light in the bathroom is not on a timer like some hotels. The water pressure is great too! The front desk is always friendly! Had to wait a bit upon check in, as no one was around for a few minutes. Parking gets full if you get back late, as the 2 hotels share parking. I just wish there was more parking available. A truck and trailer shouldn't get to use 4 parking spots. I did reserve a 2 queen room and was given a 1 queen room with a couch. Front desk was busy so I didn't have a chance to ask why. I was on a limited time to get my daughter out of the dorm and was bummed she had to sleep on a couch. Other than that, I always prefer this hotel when I'm visiting the area! Food, restaurants, amenities and entertainment and within walking distance or driving if you prefer.
