Hotel is clean. Staff nice. Excellent breakfast, however rooms are small. Bath products are dove, which shouldn’t seem like a big deal but considering the price per night, you want to feel a bit pampered. Rooms are very small. We had an ocean view w 2 beds. Good enough view but again just really underwhelmed considering the price. Felt like a place to sleep, not a place you look forward to getting back to/an oasis. If it hadn’t cost so much, I would have loved it, but for Bali hotels (Alaya and cocano which are in same price range - holiday inn greatly was underwhelming.) Location was good. Roof pool was very nice. Breakfast was great. Clean, simple minimalist. 7 min walk to the beach. Good location. Nice staff. Just overpriced.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable from the moment we arrived. Our room was always spotless and well maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options each morning. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay again

We had an amazing stay! The breakfast buffet was excellent, the food was delicious, and the pool was beautiful. The staff was exceptional—always friendly, helpful, and caring. They took wonderful care of me and my little son, and we truly felt welcome throughout our stay. The Kids Club was fantastic, especially Anisa and Raras were super cute with all the little ones. BUT every member of the team played a part in making our holiday so special. I would love to mention and thank every single staff member by name, but unfortunately I can’t remember all of them. Every single person we met contributed to making our stay unforgettable. Thank you for an amazing experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel!

Great stay, would recommned

Cannot fault a single thing. Hotel is great and walking distance to all the Canggu hotspots (close enough for parties but quiet enough for sleep) super clean, great pool etc. Staff, as usual are incredible, down to housekeeping who went above and beyond for our stay (special mention to Guna and Darma) Highly recommend

Was an amazing stay everyone was so friendly and greeted us every day when we walked out and in each time. It was our anniversary and every time they clean the room they wrote happy anniversary and did some sort of cute little message each time. When we were leaving, we did have trouble getting a grab to the address we needed to go to and they were more than happy to help us book through another app and got us there safe. The breakfast in the mornings was amazing and very accommodating to allergies.
