The room was very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed, in particular, was very comfortable. Access to the common area and shared kitchen with complimentary coffee, cold drinks, beer and wine, and morning cornetos was also very nice. Air conditioning in our room struggled a bit but it was very hot outside and the hotel is on the top floor of the building.

This hotel is so well located, just a few blocks away from all the places you want to visit in Firenze. Rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. And the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here next time!

The staff was kind and the property was clean. We were there during a heat wave and the AC did not work in our room so it was a very hot night and good sleep was difficult. They do have an elevator which was nice for getting our luggage up four flights. They offered free water and breakfast was just croissants and coffee. The location was the best part as it was downtown and a short walking distance to most sights.

I was very surprised with this place. Top class. Beautiful rooms and amenities. 5 stars for me.

Had a big issue with check in. Web site says valet service if you drive. Did not exist. They were not very helpful in that respect. Also never got advance check in procedure as promised

What a place. Perfect and comfortable with a little breakfast and kitchen for all

This place was so beautiful and in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We were very happy with our choice of accommodations for our first time in Italy and it would be our choice when we return.

Very unique place. Not a hotel for starters. When you arrive ring the bell. When you hear a buzz a low one open the door. Big old dusty area. You are going to the 4th floor. Elevator if that’s what you want to call it straight ahead. Only 2 people and 2 bags that’s it. Area is 6 rooms in total. Has a small kitchen and sitting area. Water and other drinks available including tea and coffee. Nice touch Rooms are a good size ours was the biggest with the best view. Get that one nice bathroom as well. Bed is a king. Hard to be sure. I think that’s an Italy thing. Rate it a 6 out of 10. You will get 3 keys one for your room one for the door into the entire unit and one for the giant ass door in front. A little different. Location s very good with a lot of restaurants around. Overall would stay there again if ever back in Florence

Excellent stay! Very friendly owner and staff, exceptionally clean rooms, and very good croissants every morning. With a 10 minute walk to both the train station and duomo, I would highly recommend in Florence.
