We honestly had no complaint about the staff or the room size and comfort. The issue was the location was so close to the main party street and sound proofing was not enough to block out the noise. During the day it was ok, but by 10 pm to 3 am it was like you were sleeping inside of a night club. We had booked two weeks of stay but had to cancel after our first booking of 2 nights. We could not sleep with all the loud music.

Hotel very old & run down. No elevator. Assigned room on 4rd floor. Informed on check-in that it’s a hardship for us to climb the stairs. The staffs did not do anything changes. We changed hotel since we know it’s hard for us to access our rooms. Asked for refund, the owner said we did not asked prior accommodation, how will we know if not disclosed on their site. Not recommended.

Smelled strongly of urine in the lobby. Staff was really nice. Room was run down but fine. Good to see the area

Great location and lovely staff. Clean hotel. I had a nice 4 week stay here. Standard room is quite small so next time i would book a larger room. Certainly recommend this hotel.

The staff was accommodating, kind and helpful. The room was clean, with good a/c and whenever new towels, etc...qere requested they took care of it quickly. Would recommend and stay again.

Wonderful Stay with Great Service! I booked two rooms with a friend and requested that we be placed on the same floor. The hotel went above and beyond by upgrading one of the rooms free of charge just to accommodate our request! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always checking in to see if we needed anything else to make our stay more comfortable. The hotel is clean, and the location is lively. If you're a traveler looking for nightlife and a vibrant city lifestyle, this is the place to be! I 100% recommend it — especially for #solotraveler. Truly impressed by their hospitality — I would definitely stay here again!
